Jose L Castillo Jr. | Managing Director

International Sales & Marketing executive with over 20+ years experience in the International markets. Fully bilingual (Spanish & English). Previous work experience on management positions for Empresas Castillo (Large family HBA distributor in Puerto Rico), Bristol Myers Squibb Caribbean (Consumer Products), Gillette (Writing Instruments Division), American Home Foods and Acosta International. Extensive knowledge of International Trade Pacts and Legal procedures in the region.

Karla Garcia | Senior Export Coordinator

Karla Garcia joins the team with extensive prior experience in the exporting industry. Currently, she has a B.S. from  Florida International University with a Major in Psychology. She is also pursuing her Master’s Degree. Karla is strongly bilingual in both English and Spanish.

Jorge M. Vega | Export Manager

Has over 25+ years of export sales and marketing experience with world class organizations managing a network of distributors in Canada, Caribbean, Central America, South America and the USA. A solid experience in Customer Business Management, Multi-channel and Market Sales Development in the consumer packaged goods industry in a variety of segments ranging from personal care, household, OTC and food and beverage. Extensive working experience in strategic distributor partnership and alliances focused on brand sales development. He started his export career managing and building major brands with Alberto Culver, Unilever and Noxell. Initiated his business career as product manager for Kresto- Denia a Div. of V. Suarez & Co. in Puerto Rico. He has an MBA degree from Long Island University / Brooklyn Center in New York.

João Pauluk | Territory Manager South America

Joao Pauluk has over 20 years of experience in sales with large corporations. He is located in Brazil, which possesses an excellent network of large distributors and retailers. Joao is our Territory Manager in Brazil responsible for the new business and to expand our presence in region. He is fully bilingual (English & Portuguese), Graduated in Business Administration and Strategic Management in Small and Medium Enterprises and he is a Technical Agricultural and has an MBA on Business Management.

Danny Castillo | Multi-Media Digital Designer

Danny is very creative and designs our digital product catalogs and email campaigns.

Henry Gomez | Managing Director

Henry Gomez has over 20 years of executive management experience traveling and managing a network of International Distributors in Mexico, Latin America and Far East. He started his international career development managing and building major brands with American Home Foods, International Home Foods, and ConAgra. He has a Bachelors of Science degree with a concentration in Marketing from State University of New York. 

Dennis Dale | Sales & Operations Manager

Dennis Dale, started his career in El Salvador working in his family business in the trucking and logistic industry for over 20 years. Dennis is fully bilingual (English & Spanish) and studied at University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelors of Science degree from the Universidad de Matias Delgado in El Salvador. Dennis continues to work with many well known distributors in Central America and use these contacts to expand our presence in this region. Dennis is responsible for sales in Latin America.

Ernesto Gonzalez | International Manager

Ernesto Gonzalez has over 20+ years experience in Sales & Marketing in the International markets and is fully bilingual (Spanish & English). Previous work experience include management positions in Walmart Puerto Rico working with the buying team, Empresas Castillo Large family Pharmaceutical and H.B.A. product distributor in Puerto Rico as Sales Manager, Kellogg Caribbean and Snyder’s Lance Inc. as the International Sales Manager with experience traveling and managing a network of International Distributors in Latin America, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.

Luis Manuel Carbuccia | Sales Representative

My working life began in 1991 in my family’s business in direct sales (ranch salesman), then I held positions as a vacation salesman (where it gave me the opportunity to get to know the whole country in its commercial environment), until later managing the key accounts ( 10 years in the company where I learned about down the trade, middle trade and up the trade). I moved to Alvarez & Sanchez where I held the position of food sales supervision, reporting directly to the General Manager of the company, in this company I expanded my relationships up the trade (I was 7 years and 3 months). I undertake a new challenge at Almacenes Leon as Commercial Director where I learned to manage international suppliers and adapt them to the DR trade (I was 1 year and 2 months). Lastly, I managed the region in an international company based in Singapore called Panamex Pacific, where I got to know the CA countries (I was there for 4 years). This is a review of my working life.

Fernando Bolanos | Sales Representative
Professional, with 29 years of experience in mass consumption, expert in category management and development of new or leading brands in the market, consolidating and growing its operation and sales volume, I have the experience of having worked with distributors and direct customers, in Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama and the Dominican Republic and I have experience managing all sales channels, (Wholesale, Retail, Supermarkets, C Stores, Pharmacies, Veterinary, Agro services, Warehouses, home centers, government and Horecas) and their distribution and logistics teams.
Nicky Maharaj | In-Country Manager

Blending a keen sense of analytics and an entrepreneurial spirit, over the last 27 years I have been able to grow many personal care, pet care and home care brands into household names in the FMCG industry across the English speaking Caribbean. I enjoy building mutually beneficial relationships between key retailers and suppliers, researching the needs of the end user and celebrating successes with partners. Away from the corporate world, I have ventured into agro-business, property management and real estate sales while balancing family needs with a strong desire to explore new active lifestyle hobbies.
